Adobe Flex Setup with Eclipse plugin or Use Adobe Flash Builder or Adobe Flex Builder
1. To develop Flex application use Adobe Flash Builder download it from Adobe site
2. Use eclipse and install Adobe Flex Plugin in Eclipse .
First Project.
In Flex Builder
File -> New -> Flex Project -> Enter Project Name and click Finish.
